Bombay Duck prides itself on the high quality of its products and service.
However in the rare case that you receive items damaged in transit, faulty or missing from your delivery this must be reported in writing to Bombay Duck within 5 working days of receipt of delivery. Claims reported more than 5 days after receipt of delivery will not be accepted.

You will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) for damaged/ faulty goods that are authorised to be returned. You will also be given instructions for how to return the goods to us. You must return the goods within 10 working days of receiving your RAN.
Returns cannot be made for any other reason. Returns without a RAN may be refused by our warehouse and if accepted will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

The RAN must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and securely packaged.
Returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received by the Bombay Duck warehouse.
Damaged/ faulty/ missing items will either be credited to your account or replaced at the discretion of Bombay Duck.
